We offer free ground shipping on orders over $90 to any destination within the contiguous United States.
For orders under $90, we offer standard ground shipping for $5.
Hawaii and Alaska: We offer shipping on select products for $10.
Returns
We accept returns of new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 days from the date of delivery of original purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, hardware protectors, attached hang tags, dust bag, etc.
Warehouse Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

Bought black and peony color. Both are v nice and v practical.
I searched long and hard for the perfect work bag and finally found it! I waited 2 months to write a review to give some solid feedback....
Pros:
- It's real leather (so many bags even at this price point are pleather that will not last as long
- Color - the peony pink is a perfect year round pink color
- Strap functionality - full packed the backpack straps were comfortable for the handsfree run through the airport, converting to one long strap is the perfect transition to go to the office
- Laptop compartment - fits my 14" Dell perfectly with room to spare
- Internal and external zip compartments are great to secure smaller items such as pens, ear buds, etc
- Cell phone pocket is great to have your phone easy access
Cons:
- side pockets could be bigger, lose internal storage when you use them for a water bottle
- bag height - it gets tight to zip the bag if I need to put a 3-ring binder in the bag....another 1/2" of height would make it perfect
Everytime I use the bag and someone new sees it, I get so many compliments. Thansk for making a functional, pretty work bag!!!!!

I’ve been looking for a bag that does alllll the things - zipper top, laptop compartment, little pockets for phone/headphones/work badge, that isn’t necessary a backpack but can be if needed. An acquaintance recommended Pond and I’m so happy I did!
Love the pink color. It’s more of a neutral pink than PINK pink, and it’s just lovely.
The only minor drawback is the laptop holder is secured by a magnet (brilliant) but easily unsticks.
I had an extensive list of must haves for my commuter bag and this one checked all!
There are SO many things to love about this bag. For starters it’s great for commuters who need a bag for their laptop and all work/purse accessories. Seriously, it fits it all. For the price, I wish it would have came with a matching wallet. I also am not in love with the handles. The straps to wear it as a backpack are AMAZING! but to throw it over your shoulder you would have to adjust the backpack straps (which I don’t want to do everytime). The built in leather straps are more to just carry with one hand. I’m not sure about everyone else, but I don’t model walk with my bags and don’t need to carry them down at my side. I’ve debated cutting them off completely since I solely use this as a backpack and they can get in the way. I don’t think I’ll do it, but it’s tempting. You also definitely want a smaller purse/clutch that fits inside this one when you just have to make a quick stop somewhere. I bought a double sided wallet that fits my car keys/money so I can have all the essentials in one place. Carrying around this big bag everywhere can be a little much at times, so that’s my workaround. I’ve also never owned a bag this large before so I’m still getting used to it. Overall, highly recommend! The blush is such a perfect neutral but fun color (added a picture of the perfect cups to match lol!)
